Helping People Go the Distance — In Life, Leadership, and Legacy

I believe excellence isn’t just about performance — it’s about endurance. Whether you’re leading a business, building a career, or rebuilding after burnout, true growth happens when you learn to go the distance with purpose, resilience, and mental fitness.

As a licensed professional counselor in Georgia and business coach, I help individuals and organizations navigate high-pressure seasons with clarity and confidence. My clients include professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want to perform at their best without losing sight of who they are. Through evidence-based counseling and strategic coaching, I guide people to align their goals, values, and wellbeing so they can lead with balance and purpose.

From the Trail to the Boardroom

As an ultramarathoner, I’ve learned that endurance is less about speed and more about mindset, planning, and execution of both. You don’t finish Ultramarathons by sheer willpower — you finish because you’ve learned to manage your energy, fuel consistently, focus on the next step, and stay connected to your “why.”

That same mindset applies to life and business. Success isn’t a sprint — it’s a long, purposeful pursuit. Whether I’m helping a client navigate a career pivot, strengthen relationships, or reimagine their business strategy, I bring the same discipline, focus, and perspective that I bring to every finish line.

My Approach

I integrate clinical theory with strategic coaching, helping clients move beyond short-term fixes toward sustainable transformation. My approach blends:

  • Professional Counseling: Addressing stress, trauma, transitions, and mindset barriers with empathy and proven techniques.

  • Business Coaching: Helping leaders and teams clarify vision, align action, and perform with integrity and excellence.

  • Endurance Mindset: Drawing on lessons from ultramarathons — persistence, preparation, and mental toughness — to inspire lasting growth.

The Pursuit

I founded The Pursuit Counseling on one simple belief: Successful Pursuits don’t have to come from breaking down — it can come from leaning in. If you’re ready to pursue your next level of excellence, I’d be honored to help you get there.
